Corah

Galliford Try Investments brought forward plans for a major regeneration scheme at the former Corah Factory site in Leicester city centre. PLMR was appointed to build support among key stakeholders and the local community to help secure planning approval from Leicester CC.

North Herts Council

North Herts Council appointed PLMR to support consultation on the Churchgate Regeneration Zone in Hitchin. The goal was to gather views from stakeholders and the community on the site’s future redevelopment.

UKREiiF Support

UKREiiF provided an opportunity for the West Midlands Growth Company and We Are Staffordshire to launch major inward investment initiatives and promote regional opportunities. PLMR delivered a communications campaign across PR, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Moda Living

Moda Living appointed PLMR to support consultation, stakeholder engagement and public affairs for two major Build-to-Rent developments in Birmingham. Both schemes were high-profile city centre towers, requiring a carefully managed engagement programme to gain planning permission
