As Deputy Group Director of Digital and Director of PLMR Genesis Digital (PLMR’s East of England digital team), Lucy provides strategic digital marketing advice, insight and support to clients across a range of sectors including education, health and social care and professional services –  helping them to achieve their overarching organisational objectives through digital and creative communications.

With over eight years of digital and creative experience, Lucy specialises in supporting with digital strategies, social media and online crisis management and project/account management to ensure client’s requirements and needs are always met to a high standard.

Lucy is also part of  PLMR’s Management Committee and is the current holder of PRCA’s Digital Professional of the Year 2023 and listed in PR Week UK’s “30 under 30” 2024.

Lucy completed her Advanced Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing in 2017.
