As an Account Director at PLMR, Rachel provides critical strategic advice to ensure her clients achieve their organisational goals. Her expertise spans PR and thought leadership, crisis and reputation management, internal communications and stakeholder engagement. Rachel works closely with some of the country’s leading academy trusts and independent schools, top universities and a roster of edtech firms as well as professional services.

Rachel achieves impactful wins for her clients. She proactively secures strategic regional, national and international media, print and broadcast coverage, delivers masterclasses to senior leaders, leads challenging change communications and sensitively navigates crises to protect and enhance organisations’ reputation.

Internally, Rachel is an integral part of PLMR and founded the Peer Forum in 2021 to support junior colleagues in sharing best practice. Rachel previously worked for three years at a PR agency based in Cambridgeshire, gaining experience in the education, charity, public and private sectors. Rachel graduated from Newcastle University with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Geography in 2017.
