Harriet Goldman-Thompson

Account Executive

Harriet joined PLMR as an intern in October 2023, and has since been promoted to an Account Executive within the PR and Corporate Communications team. She works with clients across a range of sectors, including technology, health, and professional services, delivering successful communications support and PR programmes.

Before joining PLMR, Harriet worked as a Parliamentary Assistant for Karen Buck MP. In Parliament, she researched and drafted policy briefings and engaged in regular communication with Ms Buck’s constituents, with a focus on housing and supporting tenants in both the social and private sectors. During her time at University, Harriet was also one of the core founding members, and Social Media Manager, of the charity Family Meal, which provided free meals to key workers during the pandemic.

Harriet holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh, where she graduated with First Class Honours, and a Masters in Medieval and Renaissance Studies from UCL, where she was awarded a Distinction and received the MA History Dissertation prize.

In her spare time, Harriet likes cooking, reading, going to art galleries, and cold-water swimming!
