Georgia is an Account Executive for PLMR’s Public Affairs Team. Georgia recently completed her MSc in China and Globalisation at King’s College London, analysing the impact of China’s growth on international political and economic system. Her dissertation focused on the American discourse surrounding Chinese overseas investments, specifically focused on the American policy community and think tanks. Prior to that, she was at the University of Leeds, where she gained a First in International History and Politics. Whilst at Leeds she was a member of the University RAG Committee, organising events for the student body to raise money for local charities.

During her placement year she worked as an Events and Corporate Fundraising Assistant at Tommy’s, the baby charity. She helped to organise the second inaugural London Landmarks Half Marathon, focusing on community engagement for the event, social media management, and the stewardship journey for supporters. She also supported their Corporate team in several successful bids for corporate partnerships.

Outside of work she enjoys keeping active, including swimming in her local lido.
