Gavin is a strategic adviser to the PLMR board.  His nearly 30 year career began when he joined the secretariat of the UK House of Commons, before spending the past 16 years working for and leading corporate communications and public affairs consultancies.  He was formerly CEO of MHP Communications and Newgate Communications, before founding Park Street Partners in 2018.

He has been a senior adviser to high-profile UK and multinational firms, particularly those facing regulatory or political challenges.  His clients have included EDF Energy, Network Rail, China General Nuclear, RSA Group, Siemens, Kraft Foods / Mondelez, Crossrail, Arla Foods and the London 2012 Olympics.

Gavin is on the board of the PRCA, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Public Affairs Board and is a board director of England Lacrosse.  He was awarded an MBA in 2004.  Gavin has three daughters and lives in Surrey.
