Will leads PLMR’s Midlands office. He has a depth of experience working across major infrastructure projects and high-profile schemes which require careful political management. This includes working in Birmingham City Centre on projects such as Moda Living’s Great Charles Square and Urban Vision’s 100 Broad Street, as well as supporting the original masterplan for New Garden Square and Moda Living’s ongoing delivery of the project.
Will also works directly with local authorities, such as Coventry City Council – supporting the delivery of the West Midlands Gigafactory project, which achieved planning consent in 2022. Will is also supporting Frasers Group to deliver a Global Headquarters Campus in the Warwickshire Green Belt and with the £3.2bn Arden Cross project at the HS2 interchange. Will’s clients also include the University of Warwick, Corbally Group, EG Group, Lidl, Sama Investments, and Muse.
Will was named as one of PR Week’s 30 under 30 in 2021 and Young Leader of the Year by Business Desk West Midlands. A member of the PLMR Group Board, will supports the overall development of business strategy. Will has a BA in History and Politics from Queen’s University Belfast and an MA in Modern British History from Kings College London.
