Richard is chief photographer of Inpress Images and our in-house photographer. He is a multi award-winner with more than 31 years of professional experience operating across a wide range of disciplines.
Richard gained his NCE in Photojournalism, the industry standard, by training at Stradbroke College in Sheffield. He has won the Midland Sports Photographer of the Year three times and twice been runner-up. He has also been Midlands Community Photographer of the Year and three times nominated regional as Press Gazette Photographer of The Year.
Richard worked for Mirror Group Newspapers and his work has appeared in newspapers and trade publication across the UK and in Europe.
