Penny is a Strategic Advisor to PLMR Genesis. Her 30 year career began at a leading London based corporate communications agency before moving to East Anglia where after a span at an Essex-based agency she established and grew Genesis PR to be a multiple award winning PR and digital marketing agency before Genesis became part of the PLMR group in October 2021.

Her expertise includes advising on and directing impactful, results driven PR and digital marketing and her skills include strategy development, reputation management, crisis communications and community engagement. She has worked with people from all walks of life, from Government Ministers to hard-to-reach audiences, and her sector specialisms include public sector, health and social care, education, training and charities.

Penny has a Post Graduate Diploma in PR, is a Member of the CIPR and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She has two daughters and spends her free time sailing in France and walking the dog with husband Charles in the Suffolk countryside where she lives.
