Martin is the former Deputy Chief Executive (Place) at Coventry City Council and former Chief Executive of Coventry and Warwickshire LEP.

Martin has advised some of the region’s most important institutions, including universities, local authorities, and private sector developers on strategic planning, economic growth, and regeneration. He also advises the West Midlands Combined Authority on housing and regeneration. Martin is strategically connected to the political landscape in the West Midlands.
