Emily joined PLMR in 2025, providing communications and public affairs support for a range of clients across the education sector.
Prior to working at PLMR, Emily spent two years working as a Parliamentary Researcher for Rupa Huq MP. In this role, Emily prepared briefings, progressed correspondence, monitored legislation, organised events, managed stakeholder relationships and drafted parliamentary interventions to support Rupa in her parliamentary and constituency work. She also had the opportunity to work on Rupa’s Private Member’s Bill – Sale of Tickets (Cultural and Sporting Events) Bill – which was presented to Parliament last year.
Emily graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a first-class degree in Politics and Sociology in 2023.
