Elliot is an experienced strategic communications professional who works as part of PLMR’s team in the Birmingham office.
While holding a strong understanding and expertise of the Midlands region, he works and leads on accounts across the UK. He has developed experience within the Built Environment sector where he has supported with the delivery of major projects within the public and private sector, as well as aiding in the delivery of strategic communications support, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
He has also worked across several other discipline areas, including energy, higher education, sport, and health and social care.
Elliot holds a joint honours degree in Journalism, Communications, Politics & IR from Cardiff University, where he developed his understanding of PR practices and communications.
