Carsyn joined PLMR in 2022 as part of Mango at PLMR and provides public relations and communications support for a range of clients across the education sector.

Prior to working for PLMR, Carsyn worked as an intern at the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. There, she provided support for the Entrepreneurship in Higher Education unit, focusing on effective policy reform for higher education institutions to better engage with their local ecosystems to bolster entrepreneurial education and skills training. During her time within the unit, she assisted in planning and orchestrating several globally reaching webinar events to discuss and promote its Entrepreneurship Education Collaboration and Engagement (EECOLE) initiative.

Carsyn graduated with her Master of Science in International Relations from IE University in Madrid, shortly after graduating with her first class Bachelor of the Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of East London.

In her free time, Carsyn enjoys cooking at home and trying out new restaurants, having film marathons, and figure skating.
