WNS Assistance had previously not undertaken any promotion of their brand or services. At the same time, there were some significant restrictions on what could be released and a diverse range of audiences, each with distinct messages.

What we did

Thought leadership and case studies provided the mainstay of the strategy, ensuring these were maximised through placement in target media, promotion across social media, and inclusion on the website. PR campaigns with alliance partners and award submissions were also carried out.
