Juliette West

Account Executive

Juliette joined PLMR as an Account Executive in March 2026 and provides communications and public affairs support for a range of clients across the education sector. She regularly secures impactful media coverage and works closely with political and sector stakeholders to help clients influence policy and strengthen their public profile.

Prior to joining PLMR, Juliette spent a year and a half at the widening participation charity, The Brilliant Club, as a Programme Coordinator for The Scholars Programme. She worked collaboratively with schools and university partners to deliver the programme, overseeing stakeholder engagement, event delivery, tutor recruitment, communications and programme data analysis.

Before this, Juliette worked at the global education NGO, Teach A Man To Fish, as an International Programmes Assistant. Juliette supported the delivery of its flagship School Enterprise Challenge programme, which equips young people with 21st century life skills and tackles youth unemployment across the Global South.

Juliette graduated from the University of Exeter with a first-class degree in International Relations. During her time at university, she was also involved in the Politics Society committee, helping to organise events with MPs and academics.
