Felicity previously worked in the commercial and residential property industry for fifteen years starting her career working for a leading independent residential estate agent before joining one on the largest commercial property agencies in the UK where she remained for several years progressing her career.

Felicity then went on to work for the second largest residential estate agent in the UK where she stayed for six and half years evolving her career into a national training role. Towards the end of 2011 Felicity was given the opportunity to assist in establishing a new estate agency business using the experience and knowledge gained throughout her professional career.

As well as her role as Executive Assistant, Felicity leads on events for PLMR and its clients. Felicity has organised a charity football tournament at a Premier League ground, an awards gala evening for 250 people, a global communications conference, a tree planting with David Attenborough, numerous parliamentary receptions and roundtables and a top salesman incentive weekend, to name but a few.
