The Week Ahead in Holyrood - 05/06/2017

On Tuesday there will be a Justice Committee debate on the Role and Purpose of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. This will be followed by Members’ Business, sponsored by SNP MSP Ivan McKee, focussing on the UK Green Deal, Supporting Aggrieved Householders. This debate centres on the accusation that the UK Government’s Green Deal scheme, intended to help households reduce their energy bills, resulted in “substandard work”.

On Wednesday there will be a revised program due to the General Election taking place on Thursday the 8th of June. First Ministers’ Questions will take place at 13.30, followed by General Questions. At 14.35, Portfolio Questions will focus on Culture, Tourism and External Affairs, and Justice and the Law Officers.
