Leamington Spa was voted as the top Midlands location in the Sunday Times Best Places to Live in the UK guide – the most prestigious survey of its kind.
PLMR Advent – working on behalf of the CW Champions – highlighted the strengths of the town, its attractions and improvements which are being made through the new Creative Quarter to the judges and writers.
The award follows recognition for Shipston, Earlsdon, Stratford and Ilmington in past years, bringing great profile to Coventry and Warwickshire.
Les Ratcliffe, chair of the CW Place Board which runs the Champions scheme, said: “Champions is all about enabling people and businesses to really spread the word about our great places, companies and individuals so it is great to see Leamington and its attributes given such a high-profile in a major publication.”
