PLMR Group shortlisted for EMEA Public Affairs Consultancy of the Year Award

PLMR Group has been nominated as a finalist in the 2023 Public Affairs Consultancy of the Year EMEA category in the global awards run by PRovoke Media.

PLMR is the holder of the title having won in 2022 – with the prestigious international award considered the ultimate benchmark of communications firms’ performance, with hundreds of submissions from the best agencies across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa considered for the prize.

PLMR Group’s entry showcased our impressive growth driven by strength in core sectors including health, social care, education, energy and sustainability, built environment and technology; service areas from public affairs and PR to reputation management and digital; as well as the acquisition of Healthcomms Consulting Ltd, the fifth agency PLMR Group has acquired since 2017. New clients which joined PLMR’s roster through 2022 included Debra, Novavax, the National Institute of Teaching, Pukka Herbs and Muse Developments, the firm behind the £3.2bn Arden Cross regeneration project, adding to existing clients such as OFTEC, Jet2, Warwick University, Gumtree and Saab.

Our people continue to be the most important factor in PLMR Group’s success, and we have continued to invest in industry-leading training and development programmes, offering bespoke in-house programmes and courses at Oxford Said Business School as well as running work experience, mentoring and intern opportunities for schools and partners, such as the Taylor Bennett Foundation, to support our diversity, equity and inclusivity goals.

Managing Director Ollie Lane said:

“Being shortlisted for a global award is testament to the hard work and expertise of every single colleague at PLMR. We have a brilliant team who have taken our firm to the next level, and who take enormous pride in delivering outstanding and important work for our range of wonderful clients every day.”

The winner will be unveiled at the 2023 EMEA SABRE Awards on 23rd March.
