Genesis PR appoints new Account Executive

We are delighted to add to Naomi Day as account executive to our award-winning PR and comms agency team.

Naomi previously worked as a Communities and Marketing Officer at Stowmarket Town Council where she led the management of all social media accounts and organised a range of community-based events. The highlight of her time at Stowmarket Town Council was organising Stowmarket specific events for the stage 1 finish of the 2019 OVO Energy Women’s Tour, including a fundraising event to raise money for the tour’s main charity, Breast Cancer Care.

Naomi graduated from the University of Suffolk having successfully completed a BA (Hons) degree in Event and Tourism Management. She has a range of experience working on various events as well as contributing to the marketing and PR around these.

On her appointment, Naomi said: “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to join this top PR agency and I am looking forward to developing my skills and knowledge of PR, whilst contributing to the success of the business.”

Director Louise Ahuja said; “Naomi is our third recruit in as many months, highlighting the strength of Genesis’ proposition and our reputation to help companies grow their brands faster.”

Director Penny Arbuthnot said; “It is great to see our team expanding with another great addition to support our business growth as we continue to deliver successful PR campaigns to our clients.”

We are one of fewer than 100 PR agencies nationally to achieve the highest national industry accreditation, the Communications Management Standard (CMS). The CMS is awarded by industry body the Public Relations Consultants Association.

We provide intelligent solutions for clients in today’s digital world, including building and managing brand reputation and driving the achievement of defined business or organisational goals through an integrated, multi-channel approach to PR and marketing. It works with clients who are leaders and influencers in a variety of business, industry, public and charity sectors.
