Genesis gains national industry accreditation

Called the Communications Management Standard, the hallmark of PR excellence combines elements of the internationally recognised ISO9001 and ‘Investors in People’ and is only awarded to agencies who have undergone a rigorous assessment of their internal policies and procedures.

Penny Arbuthnot, director, commented: “Our clients have peace of mind knowing that they are buying a professional service from a communications consultancy committed to delivering the best results to the highest standards that will make a real difference to their business or organisation.”

Last month we won the Chartered Institute of Public Relations ‘Best Consultancy’ award for the Anglia, Thames and Chiltern region for the second consecutive year, and in the summer was ranked in the Top 10 PR agencies for public sector work.

The PRCA is the largest PR professional body, representing over 30,000 PR agencies and practitioners. They promote all aspects of PR and communications work, helping teams and individuals maximise the value they deliver to clients and organisations.
