PLMR appoints Tiffany Beck as Senior Consultant

width=PLMR, one of the UK’s leading communications consultancies, today announced the appointment of Tiffany Beck as a senior consultant to add further expertise to its strong Education Practice.

Tiffany has worked across a variety of sectors including education, leadership development, and book publishing. She joins PLMR from REAch2 Academy Trust, the largest primary trust in the country, where she was Senior Governance Advisor, advising school leaders and governors to help them navigate a wide variety of complex situations.

She is also co-founder and chair of Maritime Academy Trust and a National Leader of Governance specialising in areas of school trust organisational development including communications, governance, leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, building a single culture, growth management, becoming an employer of choice, and developing school improvement models.

She advises trusts across the country on these issues and speaks frequently on these topics for organisations such as the Department for Education, the Confederation of School Trusts, Academy Ambassadors, Forum Strategy and Optimus Education.

Tiffany led one of her boards to win the National Governance Association’s Outstanding Governance Award 2017.

She is part of former National Schools Commissioner Sir David Carter’s team for Ambition Institute, conducting reviews of how school trusts are developing across the country. She contributes articles to publications such as Schools Week, CST’s Trust Journal, NGA’s Governing Matters, and Optimus Education’s Insight.

Tiffany will primarily advise clients in the education sector, from early years organisations through to universities, but will also provide additional expertise across the business.

Speaking today, new Senior Consultant at PLMR, Tiffany Beck, said:

“I’m thrilled to be able to join PLMR and support the education sector in a whole new way. PLMR has a brilliant reputation across the board and I am excited to be helping to build that further as part of the team and to advising clients from early years to universities.”

“We are so pleased to have Tiffany join us at PLMR. She has in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the education sector as well as real understanding of the challenges it faces every day, and how to resolve them.  Tiffany’s experience and insight will be a huge asset for our clients and we are enormously excited to have her on board.”
