Six colleagues at Genesis have become Accredited PR Practitioners through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ (CIPR) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme. Accredited Practitioners are a hallmark of professional excellence in the PR industry, by demonstrating an ongoing commitment to learning.
Jacqueline French, Craig Robinson, Tim Miller, Annabelle Rennie, Chloe Atkins and Alex Raymond have all achieved at least 60 CPD points for two consecutive years, which is the benchmark to become a CIPR Accredited Practitioner.
The whole PR and digital team at Genesis has been committed to completing the CIPR professional development programme. All 16 team members managed to achieve the required 60 CPD points last year, with the majority achieving 90 points or higher.
Director of Genesis PR, Penny Arbuthnot, said “Congratulations to the team for demonstrating their commitment to the CIPR professional development programme by becoming Accredited Practitioners. The PR and digital industries are continually evolving, so we encourage and support everyone at Genesis to invest in their own careers and keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge and skills.”
