The judges who will decide who becomes UK City of Culture in 2021 were in Coventry this month – and it led to major print, radio, TV and web coverage.

Phil Redmond CBE, the panel chair, led the group who were given a whistle-stop tour of Coventry including visits to Coventry Cathedral, FarGo Village, the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum and the CET Building.

They met local cultural and community groups as well as businesses that have thrown their support behind the bid to be UK City of Culture.

Advent organised interviews for Phil Redmond CBE during the visit and it resulted in a great profile boost for the bid.
