Stefan is an experienced corporate communications and public affairs professional, working with clients across a range of sectors including tech, social care, transport, and professional services.

Prior to Joining PLMR, Stefan worked with a multinational consulting firm in Brussels focusing on European public affairs and corporate communications. He has worked across several areas including tech, sustainability, and geopolitical issues, advising governments, non-profits, individuals, and corporates, with clients including Microsoft, Booking.com, Patagonia, and the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Before working in Brussels, Stefan trained at the EU Delegation to the United States in Washington DC, where he focused on transatlantic relations in trade, antitrust, and digital policy.

Stefan has an LLB in European and International Law from Maastricht University and an LLM in Competition Law from King’s College London. He is fluent in English and Romanian and proficient in French and Spanish.
