Sophie joined PLMR Genesis in June 2023 as a Senior Account Manager with widespread knowledge and experience in PR, communications and public affairs. Sophie manages a wide range of clients spanning numerous sectors including housing, local government, healthcare, and charities.

Before joining Genesis, Sophie worked in the water industry in a role focused on brand reputation and stakeholder management. During her time there, Sophie increased social media engagement and led communications for multimillion pound infrastructure investment schemes, environmental and sustainability campaigns, and behaviour change campaigns that have been adapted to a national level across the water industry.

Sophie graduated from Ravensbourne University London in 2014 with a degree in Graphic Design and has recently achieved her Diploma in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
