Martha is an Account Director in PLMR’s Planning & Built Environment team. She has a wealth of experience in stakeholder engagement, leading on accounts across a variety of development sectors, including housing, green energy, infrastructure, and town centre regeneration. She offers a strong combination of policy insight and practical planning communications experience, having previously worked on residential policy at the British Property Federation.

Martha has significant experience advising clients on complex schemes and has previously secured consent for major city-centre developments through extensive stakeholder and community engagement. Her understanding of policymakers’ perspectives and her ability to communicate technical issues in accessible terms ensures that engagement materials, messaging and stakeholder outreach are credible, evidence-based and aligned to sector expectations.
