Martha joined the PLMR Built Environment team in 2022 as a Senior Account Manager.
Prior to this, Martha worked at the British Property Federation, representing the UK’s real estate sector to policymakers, politicians, and stakeholders, and focusing on residential policy, leading on areas including Build-to-Rent, healthcare, and student accommodation.
Further back, she spent several years at a public affairs and comms agency, working with a range of clients and eventually specialising in planning communications and consultation, including achieving planning consent for a major 7.5-acre city-centre scheme.
