Joe joined the PLMR Built Environment team in September 2025 as an Account Manager.

Prior to this, Joe gained experience working in both the Midlands and London across public affairs and planning communications. He has worked in the housing, transport, and renewables sectors, supporting on planning applications to local authorities and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). His work has included community and stakeholder engagement for regeneration schemes, lobbying for rail upgrades and supporting the launch of an energy sector white paper.

Joe studied Politics at the University of Exeter, where he wrote his dissertation on devolution and ran a student volunteering society.
