Isabella joined PLMR as an intern in July 2025, working in the Public Affairs team. She joined after graduating from the University of Strathclyde with a first-class honours in Politics and International Relations. Isabella was promoted to an Account Executive in October 2025, and has been supporting clients in a number of sectors such as employment, health, education and the environment.

During her final year in university, she worked part-time at the Strathclyde Students’ Union as a Student Engagement Assistant and Content Creator. She wrote news articles for the union’s webpage and supported targeted campaigns to improve student engagement within the union. Her work within communications coupled with her passion for politics led her to pursue a career within Public Affairs.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys Pilates and plays hockey competitively, having represented both her university and her local club.
