Ella joined PLMR Healthcomms in October 2024 as an Account Manager, working across a wide range of health and social care accounts. Previously, she worked as a Policy Specialist in External Affairs at the Homecare Association. Before joining the Homecare Association, Ella worked for several Members of Parliament, where her responsibilities included diary and inbox management, research, speechwriting, and campaign management.

Ella holds a first-class honours degree in Politics from the University of Liverpool. During her time in Liverpool, she completed a placement in the office of the Chief Executive of Liverpool City Council, as well as a placement working for an MP in Westminster.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys catching up with friends and, despite her best efforts, attempting (and sometimes failing) to bake. She also loves to travel and explore new places.
