Dominic joined PLMR as Associate Director working across the group in January 2025, bringing sixteen years of political experience. Prior to PLMR, he worked in Parliament for a decade, on political campaigns, on a national referendum, delivered international training on political processes, and reported on democracy building.

His expertise include political campaigns, messaging and strategy, as well as an extensive network of contacts across the political spectrum.
