Mental health at work has never been more important – and Advent is helping a Midlands organisation share just how beneficial promoting positive workplace wellbeing can be.

The Mental Health and Productivity Pilot (MHPP) is helping Midlands employers improve their staff’s wellbeing – and boost their productivity – by recommending free mental health programmes and resources as well as offering the chance to take part in cutting-edge trials around mental health interventions.

Advent has produced a variety of case studies, press releases and blogs around MHPP’s work, including a first-person piece with former Health Minister Sir Norman Lamb highlighting the need for employers to act.
