PLMR Group shortlisted for PRCA Workplace Champion Awards 2023

PLMR Group Ltd was shortlisted for the prestigious PRCA Workplace Champion Awards 2023 in the ‘100+ staff category’. PLMR was recognised for its commitment to ensuring employees feel heard, valued, and respected across all levels of seniority.

The PRCA Workplace Champions celebrates the leading places to work, live, and thrive in the PR industry. The awards aim to highlight the agencies and in-house teams that go the extra mile to establish positive and inclusive working environments for colleagues, as well as showcasing organisations that practice what they preach, leading by example to deliver equal opportunities and positive experiences for all their stakeholders.

PLMR prides itself on nurturing talent across the Group through its staff training and development offerings – one of its biggest areas of development. This includes bespoke internal training academies, individual training budgets, and opportunities for colleagues to study at world-leading business schools, including Oxford’s Said Business School and Harvard Business School. As a result, PLMR colleagues have been listed on PR Week’s prestigious 30 Under 30 list in each of the last three years as well as one employee recently winning PRCA’s ‘Best Intern’ Award.

Alongside learning and development, the Group provides pastoral care and wellbeing support, coaching opportunities, overseas secondments, flexible working, and CSR initiatives among other offerings and also champions diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jasmin De Vivo, Board Director at PLMR said:

“At PLMR, we believe the key to success is a happy, skilled and motivated team. As such, we put our people at the heart of everything we do. We are really proud of the learning and development opportunities we offer, alongside peer and pastoral support, rewards and social events. We very much represent a work hard, play hard ethic, and support every single person’s development across the Group to make sure they not only achieve their very best, but feel their very best too. Being recognised at the PRCA Workplace Champion Awards is really exciting and something we’re very proud of!”

Ollie Lane, Managing Director of PLMR said:

“PLMR Group cares about the incredible clients and causes we support, we care about a range of issues that go beyond our jobs and, most importantly, we care about our brilliant people.

“Since day one, our priority has been to provide the best possible opportunities for colleagues at all levels to help them achieve and thrive, all while making sure we have lots of fun along the way. Being recognised for this shortlisting is testament to that.”
