At Prime Minister’s Questions today in the British House of Commons, the main subject of the exchanges between the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition was the impact of the recent Government Mini Budget on tax cuts on mortgages and interest rates.   Some say the PM is wriggling to avoid accountability.  Some say it’s a global challenge facing not just the UK.
