£8m plan for former M&S store

Advent helped commercial property consultants Wareing & Co achieve superb coverage around a plan to convert the old M&S in Royal Priors Shopping Centre in Leamington into prime office space.

The £8m plan, which could create up to 400 jobs, would be one of the first in the country to see shopping centre retail space converted into offices if planning permission is granted.

Advent secured coverage in local Leamington titles, and a host of business media including The Business Desk, Insider, Business Live, and Business and Innovation Magazine.
