New chapter for major development in Nottingham

Advent gained coverage across the East Midlands for AC Lloyd Commercial regarding the future of its £30 million mixed-use development in Nottingham.

AC Lloyd Commercial along with Nottingham-based Henry Davidson Developments have developed Teal Park which is being delivered in three stages.

The employment and trade phases have now been acquired by Northwood Urban Logistics, investor in UK urban logistics.

The story was also included in a newsletter for AC Lloyd Commercial which Advent wrote and designed containing all their latest deals.
