Major development on track

Warwick property development company AC Lloyd Commercial has joined forces with Henry Davidson Developments (HDD) to deliver a £30 million mixed-use site in Nottingham.

Warwick property development company AC Lloyd Commercial has joined forces with Henry Davidson Developments (HDD) to deliver a £30 million mixed-use site in Nottingham.

Construction work on the 53,000 sq ft trade park and an industrial unit of 28,860 sq ft is well underway with the steel frames having been built and cladding work having started.

Advent issued a press release to mark this phase that is due to be completed this autumn which received coverage in the East Midlands media and specialist commercial press.
