Advent’s successful work in helping a collaboration of Midlands partners to share the benefits of improving mental health in the workplace has seen it land a 12-month contract.

The Mental Health and Productivity Pilot (MHPP) is helping Midlands’ employers improve staff wellbeing and productivity by recommending free mental health programmes, resources, and opportunities to take part in new pilot trials.

MHPP, which is funded through the Midlands Engine, hired Advent in October 2020 to promote its work to employers, business leaders and regional influencers.

Thanks to the success of this work, MHPP awarded Advent a 12-month contract after a successful tender.
