Genesis Account Manager Nicole Hogger and Director Penny Arbuthnot cycled their legs off and their hearts out in September after signing up to join colleagues from client Priority Digital Health in a UK-wide cycle challenge in aid of Diabetes UK.
The team secured third place overall in the national leader board at the end of the month for the number of miles cycled (a total of 2,036 miles) and seventh overall for fundraising (raising £1,445) with Penny and Nicole raising £275 between them and cycling 243 miles.
Penny Arbuthnot, Director, Genesis, said: “We had no hesitation in saying ‘yes’ to joining in with this challenge as part of the client’s own team and were thrilled to be on the leader board at the end of the month. Most importantly, the money raised for Diabetes UK will help their vital research and support for people with diabetes.”
