Warwick property development company AC Lloyd has another business award to its name following help from Advent.

After writing their winning submissions for Property Business of the Year and Business of the Year at the 2019 Leamington Business Awards, Advent also wrote their successful entry in the Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development in the West Midlands region of the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards 2020.

The £22 million project at phases one, two and three at the Station Approach Development in Leamington involved AC Lloyd collaborating with Warwick District Council and Platform Housing Group to create two-and-three-bedroom homes and apartments.
