A next-generation co-working complex is set to open in one of Leamington’s landmark Victorian buildings this autumn.

The 12,000 sq ft premises on the corner of Mill Street and Leam Terrace will feature hot desking, dedicated desks and flexible offices, a video and sound studio, meeting areas and events spaces.

Advent has been helping to keep the new community hub – which is known as 1 Mill Street – in the local and regional spotlight ahead of its opening with stories about the building’s transformation as well as announcements of new tenants.

Advent managing director Adam Dent said: “It is essential that the community that 1 Mill Street is going to serve is aware of this new facility, and it’s been great for us to use our media expertise to generate stories and media coverage to achieve just that.”
