Genesis hosts PR event for Future50 companies

We recently hosted our first event for Future50 companies in the region looking at why multi-channel storytelling is a must for companies that want to make a connection with their customers today.

The event was held for firms to better understand the role of communications in supporting their business plans and how creating a compelling brand story ensures they can engage and influence the audiences that matter.

Richard Porritt, political and business editor for Archant, also spoke about the changes to Archant’s business section, resulting in an increase in readership and plans for the new business podcast.  He discussed how journalism has changed over the years and why it is so important to have a good relationship between journalists and PRs.

Louise Ahuja, director, said: “We are delighted to be part of the Future50 cohort and help other innovative and forward-thinking companies in East Anglia grow their brands faster.”

Run by Archant and supported by Barclays, Lovewell Blake, Birketts, the University of East Anglia, and New Anglia LEP, Future50 is a business growth programme for a collection of Suffolk and Norfolk’s most innovative and ambitious companies.

The programme aims to accelerate growth among the listed Future50 businesses through inspirational keynote events that stimulate peer learning, collaborative discussion groups, exposure in local media brands and business support from key partners and their networks.

We provide intelligent solutions for clients in today’s digital world, including building and managing brand reputation and driving the achievement of defined business or organisational goals through an integrated, multi-channel approach to PR and marketing.
