Advent achieved international coverage of Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebrations in Stratford-upon-Avon with news of this year’s festivities reaching outlets in Russia, Portugal and China.

Advent achieved international coverage of Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebrations in Stratford-upon-Avon with news of this year’s festivities reaching outlets in Russia, Portugal and China.

The event also saw the return of the National Living Statue Championships, which drew national attention from the BBC’s Have I Got News For You and The Times.

The weekend will also be included on CBBC’s All Over The Place with the crew filming the celebrations which are set to air early in 2020.
