Genesis celebrates 15 years of business growth and achievement

Ipswich based PR and digital agency Genesis has celebrated its 15th anniversary with a party for clients, business partners and community friends at the Royal Harwich Yacht Club in Woolverstone on Thursday 16th May.

Established in 2004 by directors Penny and Charles Arbuthnot, the agency has grown to become one of largest and most successful firms of its kind in the region. Earlier this year Genesis was named as a UK finalist in the national CIPR Excellence Awards for Outstanding Small Consultancy and is also nominated for Best Public Affairs Campaign.

In November 2018 Genesis won Gold for Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy at the CIPR PRide Awards for the Anglia, Thames and Chiltern region and also won Gold for the Best Corporate and Business Communications Campaign.

Penny Arbuthnot, director at Genesis, said: “Business never stands still today, but the 15th anniversary is an opportunity to pause and reflect, and to acknowledge what our team has achieved.

“We have invested in Genesis’ services and in our team to take the business from strength to strength, evolving from purely PR when we started in 2004 to become a full service agency for today’s digital world. I’d like to thank our clients, team and the many business and community partners who are helping us celebrate this special year.”

The agency works with clients who are leaders and influencers in a variety of sectors which include business and professional services, manufacturing and logistics, training and education, trade bodies and public sectors.
