Advent heads to the House of Commons

Advent Communications has helped client TASC, The Ambulance Services Charity, brief key local MPs at Westminster.

Advent – through the offices of Rugby MP Mark Pawsey – organised for TASC chief executive Lorna Birse-Stewart and chairman Cliff Randall to meet Mark Pawsey, Craig Tracey, MP for North Warwickshire and Bedworth, and Nadhim Zahawi, MP for Stratford-on-Avon, at Portcullis House in Westminster.

The meeting at the House of Commons provided the opportunity to outline the objectives of the charity and highlight the needs of ambulance staff and front line paramedics, and how TASC is seeking to support them.

Lorna Birse-Stewart said: “We are very keen to gain traction among decision-makers across the political sector including Government to highlight the work TASC is undertaking, and this was a very valuable meeting.”
