Leamington Spa’s reputation as a games cluster has been highlighted in the national press thanks to the Coventry and Warwickshire Champions and Advent.

The town and the surrounding area – known as Silicon Spa – is one of the largest clusters of digital gaming with around 10 per cent of the UK’s gaming sector workforce and three of the world’s largest digital companies based there.

Advent’s brief is to spread the word about Coventry and Warwickshire outside the area and it helped set up two interviews which resulted in extensive and positive coverage in the business section of The Daily Telegraph and a news feature on ITV Central.
