Zoë is an Account Manager within the Energy and Sustainability practice, where she provides public relations and public affairs support to clients.

Prior to joining PLMR, Zoë was based in Edinburgh and worked as Communications Officer for the public body Historic Environment Scotland, working across a myriad of projects for the climate change, conservation, heritage teams. Before this, alongside her full-time MSc programme at the University of Edinburgh, Zoë worked as a Communications and Research intern for the United Nations Development Programme Somalia drafting materials for the environment team in Mogadishu. In her spare time, she led a project creating a Young People’s Guide to COP26 as part of the Yale University climate forum, with support from the UNFCCC, University of Edinburgh and the COP26 Universities Network, which aimed to make COP26 and environmental governance more accessible for young people.

Previously, Zoë worked as an Account Executive for a London communications agency where her portfolio was predominantly consumer and FMCG clients and several smaller charities.

Zoë holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Cambridge and MSc with Distinction in Global Environment, Politics and Society from the University of Edinburgh.
