Rebecca joined PLMR in 2016 and is a key member of the company’s planning team.

With experience garnered over six years as a planning communications consultant, Rebecca understands the need to implement tailored consultation strategies and communicate effectively with decision makers to achieve success. She has successfully gained planning approval for clients across the country on a wide range of projects from residential to renewable energy and is proud to boast a 100% approval success rate at committee.

Rebecca’s professional achievements include the redevelopment of Crystal Palace FC’s Main Stand at Selhurst Park, overturning a recommendation for refusal for a care home in Stroud, securing a Local Plan allocation for a 3,500 home site in Kent and unanimous committee support for a revamped Tech City tower in Islington.

Rebecca holds a BSC (Hons) in Politics and History from Brunel University and spends much of her spare time rowing.
