Lauren Whipp

Head of Planning and the Built Environment

Lauren started working within the built environment following a career in consumer public relations.

Lauren has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of projects from commercial, student accommodation, retirement living, house building, energy and sustainability, and strategic planning matters, including working on a number of Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan allocations and associated Masterplans. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and is an accredited PR practitioner.

Lauren has a track record of building strong relationships with key local representatives and achieving planning consent for a number of schemes in the South East. The Town Council stated that the engagement undertaken should be used as a “model for future development engagements of this type”.
