Harriet Francis

Account Executive

Harriet joined PLMR in January 2020 and provides public affairs, PR and strategic communications advice across a variety of clients and sectors, including agriculture, trade and education.

Before joining PLMR, Harriet worked with two Conservative Members of Parliament, Sir David Amess and Sir George Hollingbery, a former Trade Policy Minister, in their Westminster offices.

Harriet graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Politics. During her time there she undertook a Parliamentary and Public Policy Research Internship, writing a report for the APPG for the Maldives on the Geopolitical impacts of Climate Change, where she advised the group on how to take forward recommendations in the report to Parliamentary, national and international stakeholders.
